Our Cleaning Process
Wash, Dry, & Fold
Our once weekly service focuses on everyday laundry and is processed in commercial washers and dryers.

All delicate items (bras, underwear, swimsuits) are separated into a mesh bag and washed and dried.

Laundry will be cleaned with Hex Detergent and dried on low to medium heat.

Each load will utilize Shout Color Catcher Dye-Trapping Sheets. Shout® Color Catcher Dye-Trapping Sheet absorbs and traps loose dyes in your wash water, protecting your clothes against damage from color bleeds and helping preserve those vibrant original colors.

We wash, dry & fold every item placed in the laundry duffel bag regardless of the manufacturer’s tag guidance. It is the student’s responsibility to exclude items that must be cared for differently.

All clothing is folded, right side out and returned in your duffel

Heavily soiled garments or bedding will not be processed. These items will be placed in a plastic bag and returned in the duffel.

Bedsheets and towels can be included in the laundry duffel. Heavy blankets/quilts/comforters cannot.
How Campus Laundry Works
Duffel: Each student will receive an individually labeled duffel bag that will hold between 18-20lbs of Clothing.
Drop Off Duffel: Students will have a specific drop off / pick up location. Service includes once-weekly cleaning each week of the academic year while class is in session. Each campus will have a designated drop off day/time early in the week.
Pick Up Duffel: Each campus will have a designated pick up day/time mid/late week. Freshly laundered clothing is returned to a designated spot on Campus. Students will be greeted by our staff and have their cleaned laundry returned in their duffel bags. items will be neatly folded in your duffel, all you have to do is pick up your bag and put your clothes away.
Text Reminders: Customers will receive text messages reminding them of drop off and pick up times.
